PAUSA Wines & Pairings - A French Indulgence
The French start celebrating Christmas December 5th. Depending on the region, there are a number of different feasts leading up to Christmas Eve/Day otherwise known as Le Réveillon. In the north of the country, gifts are often provided to Children on December 6th, celebrating the Feast of St. Nicolas. December 12th is our chosen day 😉 for you to come and join Ryan Seward from Polaner Selections and Chef KKay from KKayCooks as they provide you with a tour of selected wine regions in France. Once again, Chef KKay from KKayCooks will create the perfect food pairings to tantalize your taste buds .
